Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times
All orders ship with free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier factors.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at chair8736@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
